All products sold by AnimePadEmporium are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault
  • Clear photos of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
